We recommend paying the registration fee directly in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Payments made in currencies other than NTD may incur additional processing and currency conversion fees.
Each accepted paper needs at least one author to register for the conference. Please make sure to enter the ID and Title of the paper you submitted on the registration form.
One registration covers one paper, whether it is a full or short paper. This policy helps ensure fair coverage of conference costs and supports a balanced review and presentation process across all accepted papers.

Student Registration
- Student registration is available. Student status will be verified using one of the following:
- A copy of your transcript/student record showing you are a full-time student, or a letter from your supervisor/advisor confirming full-time status. We will contact the email address used during registration to collect the document.
- If the required document is not provided by May 12th 2026, the student registration will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
Refund Policy (Cancelation policy)
- If you are unable to attend,refund requests submitted by May 11th 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- A 50% refund may be requested between May 12th and June 20th 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for requests received on or after June 21th 2026.
Visa Letter
Visa letters will only be automatically issued through an email upon completion of paid registration. If you need a visa invitation letter, please make sure to answer “yes” to the question pertaining to visa letters on the registration form.

為方便大陸人員參會，我們將與移民署溝通並提供大陸地區人民申請來臺從事專業交流線上申辦協助。請於完成註冊後，填寫來訪名冊所需資料；我們將彙整名單並提交移民署，以申報您預計來中華臺北參加本次會議的行程。請務必於2月28日晚間 8 點前(UTC)完成表單填寫。如有问题请发邮件联系[email protected]
Housing
Low cost housing is provided (optional) in/near the conference vueue. at either The Chientan Youth Activity Center (on-site) or The Tango Taipei JianTan (400m from the venue) with selected days (up to 5 nights). Note that the number of those hotel rooms are limited, with first come first serve. All participants will be provided with single occupancy in a double room, featuring either one double bed or two twin beds. Please note that both hotel locations and room configurations will be randomly assigned; specific requests for self-selection cannot be accommodated.

Check-out: before 11 AM MT

- From Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), take the Taoyuan Airport MRT toward Taipei Main Station (A1).
- Get off at Taipei Main Station (A1) and transfer to the Taipei Metro (MRT) Red Line (Tamsui–Xinyi Line).
- Take the Red Line toward Tamsui / Beitou and get off at Jiantan Station (R15).
- Exit Jiantan Station and go to Chientan Youth Activity Center (劍潭青年活動中心) (about a 10–15 minute walk, or a short taxi/bus ride).
